Feedback Report

A feedback report gives you a set of statistics about your outgoing mailing that allows you to cleanse your database. In essence the report is a .xls spreadsheet detailing which numbers remain live, which are permanently unavailable and which temporarily so. Temporarily unavailable numbers could be due to the phone in question being switched off for a period and we would recommend that these be left on your database. Permanently unavailable numbers are those where the number has been decommissioned.

Your feedback report is an important tool in helping you maintain the integrity of your database. It is likely that the first time you use the Text Bureau you will find a reasonably high percentage of permanently unavailable numbers. By cleansing these from your database the number will reduce each time you use us.

Your report will also give details of the recipients who have unsubscribed by responding to the STOP function in the text they receive. For good housekeeping we would recommend that you update your database to reflect this and remove them from subsequently used databases. Should unsubscribed numbers appear in subsequent databases we receive, our system will not send to those numbers, but you may be charged.

Your report will be emailed to you a few days after your campaign is sent out. The Text bureau automatically retries temporarily unavailable numbers to check if they become available, once this is done we will generate your report and send it on to you.
